We have COVID-19 precautions in place! Our COVID-19 check-in procedure will be as follows. If you or anyone in the household is sick, please call the office to reschedule your appointment.

When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your vehicle. Send us a text at (309) 798-9423 or call the office at (309) 558-0075 with the patient's name, and we will get you checked in. Once our team is ready for you, we will text or call you back and let you know it is okay to come into the office. We ask that you minimize the number of people that enter the office for the appointment.

Everyone entering the building will be required to wear a mask. We will have hand sanitizer available. We will also be taking the temperature of anyone entering the office. Please understand that we follow these precautions and guidelines to keep our patients and team safe and healthy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
